Building yachts in excess of 160 metres Devonport requires quality marketing material to match the specialist service they provide. When tasked to create a presentation box intended to house the finer details of the Devonport offering, we set to work and came up with a variety of deigns. We were very happy with the final result ? a high quality presentation box, containing a bespoke business card and branded USB stick, sourced especially for the event. The USB stick contained a full-screen interactive Flash presentation with video footage and boat specifications, as well
as a screensaver. Initial feedback is that the boxes have been well received in Monaco; take a look at the photographs and let us know what you think.

We have recently strengthened our 3D design capability by teaming up with Marcus Horsfall. Marcus has ten years experience in the design and production of custom-built exhibition stands and point of sale displays and enabled us to increase our impact in Monaco for Devonport. Over the course of his career Marcus has brought a combination of creative flair, eye for detail and advanced design and visualisation skills to a wide range of UK and international clients. Devonport?s bid to raise its profile at this year?s Monaco Yacht Show proved very successful last week, with the company enjoying a personal visit on its new stand by His Royal Highness Prince Albert. We helped Devonport create a brand new exhibition concept for the show, based on the updated branding we developed in 2007. Our MD, Jim Green, went along to see how the finished article was received and feedback on Devonport?s overall show presence was extremely positive. This was the first time the company had invested in a two-tier stand in Europe, but the upstairs space provided an invaluable escape from the excitement and business of the Show, where serious meetings could be held in comfort and in private. Devonport also played a key role in what proved to be something of a coup for the UK superyacht industry ? the first ever Monaco appearance by the RAF?s Red Arrows!

In preparation for the Monaco Yacht Show (24th-27th September), DNA have worked closely with a stand build company, to produce an exciting two-tier stand for Devonport Yachts. The bespoke design will take pride of place in it?s new central T location. The look and feel of the stand follows the guidelines of the corporate re-design, which DNA implemented last year, sending a clear and confident message to the world?s superyacht community. In addition to the stand, DNA were tasked to produce show bags, invites and other promotional literature in the same design thread. Our PR Manager worked her magic as this month we opened the local newspaper to find our Devonport news story splashed across the front of the business pages. Our Webteam has been getting rave reviews for the DNA built & designed www.devonportyachts.com, with special mention of the homepage movie showing a fictional yacht completly created in CGI. Team Web design Devon based, and looking great!

But please ignore the Christmas decorations in our team pic – they used an old image from previous press coverage ? Smile everyone!
