Project Manager

DNA are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager to join our Client Services team. The successful applicant will become one of the agency’s key points of client contact and will be responsible for maintaining and growing a diverse range of accounts. You will contribute to DNA?s ongoing development and growth by building relationships with, managing projects for and identifying opportunities within DNA?s existing client base. As a member of the Client Services team, you will be involved throughout the creative process and therefore must be a team player and able to work to deadlines.

The ideal person would:

  • Have a demonstrable track record in successful project/account management
  • Be able to demonstrate commercial experience managing different projects simultaneously
  • Be effective in working to deadlines and budgets
  • Have excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Be presentable and personable
  • Be completely reliable and professional
  • Have an excellent eye for detail
  • Be capable of dealing with suppliers
  • Have an understanding of marketing, design and new media
  • Be capable of proof reading
  • Own transport is essential

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Supporting the rest of DNA (and specifically the other members of the Client Services team) with day-to-day client management
  • Managing projects using DNA?s job management system ?Traffic? (full training provided)
  • Taking calls and managing enquiries from clients, suppliers and new business prospects
  • Be responsible for all aspects of project management, including:
    • Taking project briefs from clients by phone and in person
    • Generating estimates for existing clients
    • Sourcing costs and services from suppliers
    • Obtaining Purchase Orders and agreeing project timescales
    • Relating project briefs to the creative team
    • Monitoring project efficiency and deadlines
    • Maintaining and updating project and client information in client database
    • Identifying potential new business opportunities
    • Passing on new business leads to directors
